SDA 3.5 Documentation for SDA SEARCH MANAGER

SDA Search Manager - Setting up search procedures in SDA

The SDA Search Manager is an interactive procedure that handles the various tasks involved in setting up the capability to search study-level and variable-level descriptive text information in SDA datasets. It is designed to be used by the main SDA data archivist at an organization that runs an SDA server.

There is extensive online help for managers of the search procedures. That help file describes the functionality and the options available.

The online help for users of the search procedure is also available.

The SDA Search Manager is run as a servlet and has its own installation and configuration procedure. Details are found in the SDA Archive Developer’s Guide
