In order to use SDA Data Services, an organization or individual must join the Association for Computer-assisted Surveys (ACS) as a basic member.

You can download the membership form here in PDFformat.

After you download the form, fill it out, and then send two signed copies to:

Berkeley, CA 94720-3820

After the form has been signed by the CSM Director, one copy will be sent back to the new member. CSM will also send an invoice for the first year's membership fee. (As of 10/1/2007 the annual fee is $750.)
