These are the working files of the Census/CSM project to develop network-browsable documentation for CAI instruments written in the CASES Q language.

The first release version of the IDOC programs and documentation was completed Oct. 30, 1998.  The software was developed by the Survey Documentation and Analysis (SDA) group of the Computer-Assisted Survey Methods Program (CSM) at the University of California, Berkeley.

New versions of the IDOC programs were released in Sept. 1999.  Go to  "IDOC Examples" to see samples produced by this new version of the software.
